Legends & Lore Premiers!

Welcome back Flanaess faithful! Today is the day. Anna Meyer and myself will be discussing all things Greyhawk tonight (and every Thursday) at 8:00 pm EST. On our new The Greyhawk Channel show titled Legends & Lore. What topic will we talk about? You got me, stop in and find out. Join in with the viewers in chat and we might talk about anything really! If you miss the show though, there are videos saved on Twitch and on Youtube. See you later and enjoy!

Update 06/24/2021: Well, this is fun. Anna and me are still streaming two and half years later, but now on LordGosumba channel.

  3. Is it not loaded on the Youtube page yet? All I see there are people who think I want to hear them playing D&D.

  4. Great show! Its a great opportunity to have both Anna and you discussing things Greyhawk on a regular basis. Perhaps two of the more prominent Oerth scholars, your effort and Anna`s have kept the world alive while no official support was issued.

For future shows, could you consider discuss one of the weirdest things in the setting? Im refering to the climate. According to the glossography, the cliamte of the Flanaess is slightly warmer than the one of the Earth. Also, the Darlene map seemed to include some equatorial latitudes (The Amedio Jungle and Hepmonaland) However, later maps, which developed the whole Oerik seem to me that they locate the Flannaess in relative latitudes which are in much northern location.

Perhaps it is just me, and everything its just as the folio editon and the 83 box....

At any rate, in my personal campaign I have adjusted the climate to a more wet and cold enviroment, putting Keoland in more or less the same climate area that of France. That means that while most of the country is a damp rainy area, Gradsul and the Azure Sea fall into a mediterranean region and the first reaches of the amedio also have a mediterranean forest giving way to a Jungle in southern latitudes.

How you consdier your games climatically wise?

Ok that's enough of me, many thanks to Anna and You, just for being there. Which is not an small accomplishment

  6. Hi Mike! Psyched about Legends and Lore. Just having you guys rapping about Greyhawk while I’m on a randome diy project will be great.

Let’s get that up to YouTube, eh? :)

  7. Hey Nerman! Well I'll certainly ask about it, I'm no tech whiz with this streaming stuff. I will do my best to rap about Greyhawk though!

  8. Yeah they haven't put anything on YouTube in a long while. In the meantime you can still watch it on twitch. Just go to thegreyhawkchannel, click "videos" at the top, then "expand all". The stream is there.

  10. Nerman: Thanks!

Nebbiolo: Thanks for the heads up on vids. Since I see them live (ha) I don't often think about the recording.
