Paying respects to the late Russ Nicholson, an artist who you may not have known by name, but we've ALL seen his epic illustrations in one publication or the other over the decades (especially Fiend Folio). He was a true master at his craft and his artistic influence will live on.

I'm sorry I never knew his name, but I remember that picture very well and others like it. Great stuff. Thanks for letting us know, and condolences to those he left behind.
